Frequently Asked Questions

How can I become a herd share owner?

Call or e-mail us to set up an on-farm appointment! These appointments are to answer any questions you may have, show you around the farm familiarize you with where your food is coming from, and to get you signed up!

When is my bill due? How can I pay my balance?

Invoices will be sent via e-mail by the 1st of every month. Balances are due by the 15th of that same month. We accept checks, cash, credit card, or automatic recurring payments. Please make sure your check or cash envelopes are CLEARLY marked with your name, pick-up day, and how many herd shares you are paying for that month. This makes it easier for us to keep track of records!

What if I go on vacation?

If you are going on vacation, you can have someone else pick up your milk, but there will not be any make-up milk for missed/vacation milk. If someone else picks your milk up for you, please make sure they know to put your name tag in the proper tag bucket.

How fast can I drive on the farm?

Please drive SLOWLY on the farm. There is a speed bump at the end of the driveway to prevent as many accidents as possible. Safety for our customers, family, and animals is our biggest concern.

Can I increase or decrease the amount of shares I own?

If you need to make changes to the amount of shares you receive, please call us immediately.

Can I discontinue my herd share contract?

We understand that the needs of your family may change at any time. If you ever need to terminate your agreement, we ask that you please give us as much notice as possible. Our family will always support your decisions!

When do I renew my herd share?

Your annual herd share renewal fee is due every September.
