Owners Marc and Lori Duivenvoorden have been happily married for 31 years! Farmer Marc milks the cows, oversees the farm, repairs equipment, and manages customer relations, while Lori works hard splitting her time between the farm office, farm-event coordination, and running her own business outside of the farm.
Owner and Farm Manager Seth Duivenvoorden, his wife Ali, and sons Kaden and Rhett welcomed another baby boy, Hudson, in September 2017! Seth is focused on farm finances, herdshare accounts, store accounts, and new improvements to the farm. Ali occasionally assists in the farm office, manages the farm's social media and website, and coordinates the farm field trips.
Luke Duivenvoorden is back on the farm as the Manager of Basic Operations! He performs a majority of the farm maintenance, responsible for calf management, fills all milk bottles, and handles on-farm customer relations. Luke is known for growing lots of beautiful veggies in the farm garden!
Marc and Lori's daughter, Shelby, married her long time love, Neil Lawley, in July 2017! Shelby recently graduated from CSU, Long Beach, majoring in Child Development with goals of becoming either a Child Life Specialist or Nurse! Neil is an Assistant Project Manager at Swinerton Builders in Los Angeles, Ca. They are expecting their first child in June 2019!
Rita Duivenvoorden, otherwise known as Oma, is the original Duivenvoorden! Oma and her late husband, Jerry, ran the dairy together for nearly 35 years before Marc and Lori took over. Oma is a "foster grandparent" at the local elementary school. You may see her every now and again, as she enjoys gardening around the farm!
